In addition to its core business LVAGROO Sia is actively involved in many social activities, both within and outside the company. We help our athletes to succeed, and we help children in need to have the childhood they deserve.
We help those who are in need
At the year 2021, LVAGROO Sia has made a greLVAGROO SIA donated New Year's gifts for children from orphanages.These children are always waiting for any kind of miracle, so these New Year presents brought them great joy.at step towards society.
One of the orphanages LVAGROO Sia visited was MŪSMAJA KRĀSLAVA CHILDREN'S SOCIAL REHABILITATION CENTRE (MŪSMĀJAS KRĀSLAVAS BĒRNU SOCIĀLĀS REHABILITĀCIJAS CENTRS)
Our colleagues also visited an orphanage in Cesvaine: "Grashi Children's Foundation Village" (Nodibinājums "Fonds Grašu bērnu ciemats")
One more orphanage is in Ventspils - Ventspils Social Home "Selga" (Ventspils Sociālās aprūpes nams "Selga".) Our colleagues decided to go there as well.
We decided to support others than just orphanages. Our hearts were broken by the story told to us by the mother of Aliya (Alīja), a one-year-old girl. We couldn't get past this story and decided to help this family and donated a special fixing car seat.
"Aliya is 10 months old. Severe brain damage, epilepsy, gastrostomy feeding, no swallowing reflex, constant life threats. Aliya is unresponsive to the world and people around her, but to improve her quality of life she received the necessary wheelchair for comfortable trips from home. This chair will reduce the risk of life-threatening injuries for Aliya during her car rides."
